Hydro jetting is the difference between poking a channel through a blockage and actually cleaning the pipe. High-pressure water scours the full bore of a drain, stripping roots, grease and buildup off the walls.

What the jet actually does
The rig. A hose feeds into the drain through an existing access point, carrying water at pressure high enough to cut, scour and flush in one pass.

When jetting is the right call

The trees

The pipes
The housing stock adds its own wrinkle.
